I've endured a traumatic childhood, navigated through the pain of lost loves, financial setbacks, career upheavals, struggles with substance addiction, heartbreak, and profound loneliness. But it's these very experiences that ignited my deep-seated desire to make things better. I firmly believe in the power of a positive outlook, confident that it brings about positive results in the long run. This philosophy has been my guiding star, helping me carve out a life that's not just fulfilling but also richly rewarding.

I've penned two books that encapsulate my journey and insights. "My Accidental Diet – Wellness and Weight Loss, a New Side of Food and Fitness," explores the transformative power of viewing food and fitness through a new lens. My upcoming novel, "Forgiving Our Mother – A Story of Life, Loss, Loneliness and Ultimately Love," is a deep dive into the complexities of familial relationships and the redemptive power of love.
